Thank you for visiting and shopping at Quick Print Serve. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • High Volume Orders: In times of high order volume (e.g., holidays, sales events), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
  • Carrier: We ship all orders via UPS, or USPS.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates (Domestic)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following most countries.

  • Processing: International orders are processed within 5 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and weight/dimensions of the package.
  • Delivery Time: International delivery times typically range from 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination country’s customs process.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International)

Quick Print Serve is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Quick Print Serve is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • If a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier’s tracking system but you have not received it (stolen package), please contact the carrier directly.

Insurance

If you purchased shipping insurance at checkout, please contact Quick Print Serve immediately at customerservice@quickprintserve.com with your order number and proof of loss/damage so we can assist you with the claim process.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is provided. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery costs. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been shipped.
