Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Quick Print Serve. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Returns and Exchanges Eligibility

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

Due to the custom nature of our business, certain items cannot be returned or refunded. Please review these exceptions carefully:

  • Custom-Designed Items: Products that have been personalized, customized, or made specifically for you (e.g., custom sizes, unique graphics, customer-supplied images) are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors made by Quick Print Serve.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable digital products.
  • Clearance or sale items.

3. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to customerservice@quickprintserve.com with the following information:
    • Your Order Number.
    • The item(s) you wish to return.
    • The reason for the return (e.g., Damaged, Incorrect Item, Didn’t meet quality expectation).
    • For damaged or incorrect items, please include photographs of the defect or the wrong product.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an RMA will not be accepted.
  3. Ship the Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies (typically 5-10 business days).

Defective or Incorrect Items

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (e.g., wrong size or color was printed), Quick Print Serve will:

  1. Provide a full refund or a replacement order (your choice).
  2. Cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide a prepaid return label via email.
